CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that sometimes, unexpected situations arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To fairly ensure that I can accommodate all clients while maintaining a high level of service, a 24 hour cancellation window has been implemented. Cancelling outside of this window will result in a 100% loss of the service cost. If I am the one who is rescheduling or cancelling, you will receive 100% of your deposit back. Cancellation and Rescheduling. 1. Notice Requirement: - Clients are required to provide 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. There is NO LOSS for rescheduling your appointment. 3. Late Cancellations, rescheduling and No-Shows: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service unless discussed otherwise. - Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice (no-shows) will be charged the full cost of the service and will require approval to book another appointment. Clients who no show more than once will be banned from booking any further appointments. 3. Rescheduling rather than cancelling results in no loss, however rescheduling within the 24 hour window more than two times in a row will result in losing 100% of the cost of the deposit required for the service. 5. Exceptions: - Please reach out to me regarding the circumstances of your cancellation. I understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness, family emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible and exceptions to the cancellation fee will be considered per my discretion. 6. Late Arrivals: - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may be at risk of being cancelled. In this case, clients are subject to lose 100% of their deposit required upon booking. This policy ensures that I can continue to offer services efficiently and fairly to all clients as well as myself. As always, thank you for your ongoing understanding and support.
