Policy Overview: We understand that sometimes, unexpected situations arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain a high level of service, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation and Rescheduling: 1. Notice Requirement: - Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 2. How to Cancel or Reschedule: - Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made by contacting us via phone, email, or through our online booking system (if applicable). Please ensure that you receive confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling request. 3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 100% of the deposit required upon booking. - Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice (no-shows) will be charged the full cost of the service. Clients who no show more than once will be banned from booking any further appointments. 4. Multiple Cancellations: - Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may be required to prepay for future services or may lose booking privileges. 5. Exceptions: - We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made at our discretion. 6. Late Arrivals: - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may be at risk of being cancelled. In this case, clients are subject to lose 100% of their deposit required upon booking. This policy ensures that we can continue to offer our services efficiently and fairly to all clients as well as myself and my time. When an appointment is canceled on short notice, it is difficult to fill that time slot, which can impact our ability to provide services to other clients.
